Entrepreneurs are a product of both nurture and nature.  Jodi’s background and experience began at the age of 18, when she went to work for her family’s company, Leading Technologies.  There she would learn every aspect of launching a new concept, manufacturing, cross-border trade, and the challenges of owning your own business.  

By 1991 she was living in British Columbia, Canada, and turned back to her entrepreneurial roots for a decade.  In 2012 her drive and success, drew the attention of a global entity, proposing she become regional sales manager to support their expansion in the Western Canadian market.  Eventually, earning her a position, managing sales and key accounts for all of Canada for another large OEM.

After 20+ years in one industry, it was time to make a change.  Through a strange line of connections, she was approached by SHARC Energy.  A small manufacturer of sewer heat recovery technology out of Port Coquitlam, Canada.  In 2019 she became Director of Sales for North America, soon advancing to Global Director of Sales.  

During her four years with SHARC Energy, she realized, widespread adoption of this clean energy solution would be slow, unless access to municipal sewer lines became the norm.  Initial programs and pilot projects, required a template, and support. SET Consulting, LLC was created to provide this solution and service.
